It works ok. The down side if you have OCD this is NOT the toaster for you. As the chrome part as I doubt it’s stainless steel,is hard to clean as I finally had to clean it with white vinegar & a soft cloth to avoid streaks smearing & scratching & found it took me longer to clean it than to make two toasts & it was a burning smell whilst doing the first toasts. I hoping it goes as I use it. Up side is, it looks nice browns toast well & bread fits in probably drive me mad cleaning it constantly.
