1) Heap of junk don’t buy foot rest feels like it’s gunna rip off when used.
2) The backrest has a solid bit of plastic no cushion.
3) The message function is weak on high and can barely be felt on low.

Very dissapointed the Item I received was not what was advertised. The Item received was white, the ad said beige. The Seller had many reasons but refused to admit they made the error. The Seller should state white as labelled on the Box in the ad because beige is a very different colour. I could have sent it back elected not to. Offered a token $35 refund not good enough for a $400 order & there mistake.
