I've ordered from Eastern Music a few times now and while i've never gotten what I ordered, I can't complain because what they sent was fine. In this case I ordered an underslung silver plated alto neck and received a regular neck, engraved with silver plate. It happens to play incredibly well so am keeping it. It was located in the City of Industry in California so an easy return but what a drag if I had to ship it back to China for the right neck. Be a couple months before it's in your hands.
