    Great item, accurate description, great communication and fast shipment. I was however, disappointed with the packing. The loon was packed in a box too small to provide adequate protection and as a result, the decoy’s wooden beak poked through the side of the box and sustained minor damage during shipment. Fortunately, with steam and hot water, I was able to soften the wood enough to bend the wood beak back to its original condition. Good transaction otherwise.
