I got the product that was posted. It arrived in good condition before Christmas. However, it took eight days after I ordered it before any shipping action took place and that was after I had contacted the seller. I received a notice that a tracking number had been created, but it took another five days before getting a notice that it had been shipped. Mind you, I don't order a lot from overseas, so I don't know if this process was normal. I did get the item when I needed it. That's what counts.
