I haven't given out negative feedback before and really didn't want to, but feel it's necessary. I never received any tracking information or updates telling me my item was sent, after a week I contacted the seller asking if there was any updates on my order as I haven't received any and got no response. Item was never sent and no communication at all from seller. I ended up getting a refund when I got eBay to step in but this is disappointing to say the least.
