I requested a refund since the item did not match what is listed.He refused a refund or to send a shipping label as I was happy to return the phone. USPS does not accept returned Phones in the mail. He sent$ 10 for shipping which did not cover shipping. After the hassle of going to USPS and UPS. He said he would only refund me if I close the case and give him a good review. Ebay forced a refund and he proceeded again to ask for a good review. Worst experience on Ebay ever. Just be careful.
