The upper shoulder pads were heavily worn/frayed making them practicaly unusable so I have to use my other pair of alice pack shoulder straps but the lower half of them were in decent shape. I'm not super happy with my purchase since i oroginally thought theyd be in better condition from the pictures shown so I personally don't recommend purchasing alice shoulder straps from this seller.
