This is the best head i've ever had..kick ass for the money, and works as effectively as a brush cutter head when confronted with thick jungle terrain..no destructions come with it so was 'wingin it' with cord loading process, which can b a bit fiddly at first.. - the cord goes in one hole and out the other..once thru firmly place foot on spool and pull cord until both ends are evenly aligned then wind and re-assemble spool into skyward facing head using gravity as your friend to line up parts.
