This item was shipped through FedEx, and even though it must have in wonderful shape FedEx dropped the item before it got to me. I took pictures of the item and sent them to the seller. They told me it would not affect the performance of the product. I told them that I did not want a bent-up item. Through 10+ e-mails with an individual named Annie they wanted me to keep the item by sending me amounts of money. made another deal and still not satisfied, and they won't stop bothering me.
