    I am extremely dissatisfied with the Roku Express 4K+ units I received. The seller advertised brand-new, unopened products in original packaging, but that was not what I got. All three units were clearly used. Boxes were opened. One unit was oily and dirty. None of the boxes included batteries. When plugged in, the previous owners account info showed up on the TV. This is blatant misrepresentation and completely unacceptable. The seller wanted me to revise my review, but I stand by my words.
