To help people that might have similar Sanus stands to me, they were housing my old Sonos Play 1 speakers, to fit the Era 300s you unscrew the screw at the top of the stand and remove the plate and this adapter sits on top of the stand and screws in perfectly. Outstanding seller, outstanding service. Thank you David.
