I assumed the kite would come with string or something to hold onto the kite... It did not. Literally not useable without the string so it would have been useful to know ahead of time that it specifically does not come with string. Before showing my daughter with plans to use it.

First pair I bought were excellent size and quality. So I ordered same size again for two more pairs. When they arrived they were labelled the same size but a good 3cm shorter. After multiple emails with the seller I was told to return the item for a refund. I said I demanded a full refund but only receive less than 50% of the price. Complaint placed either ebay.

I did finally get a refund but after many messages. Was offered $5 then $10 then $15 then 50%. Size sent was wrong. wanted to return and receive two pairs in the right size. I sent images with tape measure along side the first pair. But not forthcoming to send right size even when I returned items. I did communicate clearly but was fobbed off each time. Then only received refund for one pair ($2) less than what I paid. I had to threat to complain only then did I get the second refund.
