Is very sorry to be leaving a review that is not positive. Unfortunately, there is a large gap between the quality of the product and the customer service. I asked to combine shipping with another item bought before the shipment was out. No response was given at all! The packaging is very poor: a padded envelope and a pouch. The post on one of the earring was bent and damaged. Really a shame to package a beautiful product as if it were a nail. Shipping charges -$26 US for what costs $21 AU.

When we receive the mail of combine postage, the package has been sent out. In addition, our Package has a pick up fee. The current package is calculated based on the weight of 500 grams. Customers can contact us for combine postage before payment.kind regards
