    This is warning!! Please do not go to this seller (Aqara) or eBay. I purchased this unit on the advice that it can be fitted to my door. Then my locksmith has said that it cannot be installed on my door. I asked Aqara/eBay for an exchange or refund but no response. I've asked eBay (called) for help but they cannot assist as I was advised that its a "change of mind". This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. If you went to Amazon, this would have been resolved ASAP. Please buy it elsewhere.
