Shipped buyer item Nov he got in Dec early in the month, Told me it broke in shipping, I refund buyer FULLY with no need for him to ship item back. Refunds on ebay take a couple days so buyer kept bugging me about how didnt see money in his account yet/ I kept telling him it takes a bit and even if you dont see it then contact ebay for any trouble you have since on my end the item was returned. Fast forward a month later im getting a bad review when he has the item+refund
