Seller tried to delay delivery by one week but eBay prevented the change. Item isn't the promised genuine leather, it's PU & poor quality because it immediately fell apart; seller's advice was to fix it myself "if it's convenient". Seller wouldn't issue returns label or a refund and became impolite when I pushed, then pleaded with me to not leave bad feedback. I speak as I find ... probably won't trade with them again, thankfully eBay works hard to remove these rotten sellers.

Buyer, first, AS ADVERTISED, this item shipped from China, not UK. it reached earlier than the EDD. second, as we told you, it's a hardmade phone case. we advice if you could use some glue to fix the little defect. but you refused. third, we advice that you could return the phone case back for a full refund or replacement and we could cover the return shipping fee, but you also refused. you said you just want to keep this phone case free. as your request, we have refunded all for you.
