Upgrade on phone that was stolen, much cheaper than getting replacement thru mobile service vendor (even w/o insurance). Wife able to get all her apps (well, had to reinstall some later) and pictures recovered from Apple cloud, so it is almost like it was never lost. The phone arrived quickly and really well packaged. In beautiful, pristine condition and with all its functionality. The one let down was that I was told the phone would have ‘at least 85% battery life’ under its advertised excellent conditions, but it had only 83%. I’m still keeping the device, but I reached out to the seller to point out this error for better accuracy in their descriptions the future. They reached back out and acknowledged it. Item came way better than described. There were no scratches dents or damages of any kind. The phone came packed properly and professionally and once removed from the package one could not help but notice that the phone (refurbished) was good as new and came with a charger which was a pleasant surprise.
