The seller won’t refund money. The item is terrible. Too big. I ordered the right size. It’s a terrible fitting.
I Have contacted the seller and they want me to send back the item to china. Ridiculous. Postage would cost more than the item.
I put the fly mask on my horse and it was only hanging on by a thread. Way too big. Not right fitting around the face of the horse.
Terrible. Terrible service. No resolution.
You can see in my picture that the item is way too big.
