I purchased a reel that was described as brand new, however when it arrived I noticed it was not working. The spool on the reel is supposed to move up and down to evenly distribute the fishing line along the spool. I contacted the seller on the day that it arrived informing them of the issue. After +30 msgs and a few weeks of frustrations, I decided to take it to a professional for repair. Sent seller pics of the broken parts but they still refused to pay my $60 cost of repair for my trouble.

Great Communication. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the seller was from overseas. Shipping time is a little long. Luckily, I was not in a hurry, fishing season is not until next month. I'm ready and have a new rod to go with it.
