Item arrived but the white light does not work on any setting. Seller requested a video to confirm the issue, which I did showing them it won’t work. But the Seller insists I don’t know how to turn it on and sent an instruction video. I already did exactly what the video said and it still doesn’t work. The Seller tells me they need more videos to see if it can be repaired. Instead of the hassle, I wanted to return it. Seller says I need to send more videos to return it!

WARNING! This is a SCAM! I ordered 3Tactical Lights on OCT 11. Before I got the lights they CORRECTED the description. I immediately told them I did not want them and to return my money. They said to REFUSE the lights when they arrived. I did that on OCT 20 (their ad said I could return them by NOV 18) and again I asked for a refund. USPS tracking shows the lights were returned to their return address. I have asked for a refund several times since then without response. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

If you do not want these goods, you can choose the reason for the dispute that the buyer does not want and file a return and refund request.
