Probably damage of the product and not from shipping; thus content inside the product was damaged too = book bent, plate bent, and cartridge bent. Overall can't be mad if the price was this great.

Buyer beware: trust seller at your own risk of potentially receiving damaged goods. Otherwise seller was fine.
