There was a problem with the delivery due to DHL. The seller was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to messages and followed up the delivery service to ensure a proper delivery. The porcelaine plates were packed impeccably and despite a long journey with several stops were well protected and pristine in condition. I would certainly highly recommend this seller. She has gone to a lot of trouble to make sure the objects were delivered and with excellent communication.

Soweit so gut: schöne Teller, guter Preis, Lieferung im genannten Zeitfenster. Leider waren 2 von 3 Tellern zerbrochen. Dafür kann aber der Verkäufer nichts, die Verpackung war OK. Hermes ist leider nicht der zuverlässigste und sorgfältigste versender. Diese Erfahrung mache ich nicht zum ersten Mal.
