I received the item with a note from the seller to contact them through private email, not Ebay, to complete the product setup. I did, and that was a mistake. The device did not work. I had to pay for the return shipping. After some prodding, the refund was finally issued 10 days after the seller received the returned product.Reply from: techupload- Feedback replied by seller techupload.- Feedback replied by seller techupload.Buyer clearly stated they did not wish to perform technical support with us, and we accepted their return promptly per our 7-day no-risk guarantee. We refund within the eBay-prescribed and required timeframes. We wouldn't be allowed to sell on eBay otherwise. This buyer did not wish to cooperate with our offers to remedy their setup issues, and that's their choice, but to complain about the performance of the item afterwards, we find a key omission.

A little scary at first with the paperwork sent with the item, still have not heard back from the email that was demanded, then had a small wrinkle with AT&T, dealt with quickly by the agent l dealt with. Been a surprise with the unit charging. Not like other devices l have used in the past, but quick recovery. Seems to work fine altogether.
