We can send you a picture of the 65-watt power supply that was sent with it if you like. It requires a 90-watt supply that we had to acquire separately. Also, the operating system was not installed properly and was stuck in a loop at boot. Fortunately, my husband (who does IT for a living) was able to fix it by reinstalling it.

iPad 9th Gen 256 GB arrived as described and on time. Item seemed to have a technical issue about 50 days after receipt which was outside of the 30-day return window for both the seller and EBay. I contacted seller and they offerred a refund of half the purchase price. This seems reasonable given the circumstances and may have been comparable to the repair cost although I didn’t get an estimate. Fortunately when I updated the iOS software, the issue resolved, so I didn’t have to hassle with it.
