    They failed

    They are cheap to buy and I was hoping they would work, but they didn't. I just went to the auto parts store and bought the true Bosch part. That sensor worked perfect and solved the issue. The lesson: when it comes to these electronic sensors and modules, just buy the brand name stuff. They just plain work. I ended up just throwing these sensors away.
