They replied saying there had been a problem, so parcels would not be be sent until the next day? So the parcel was not actually posted until 3 days AFTER they had marked it as posted! The seller made no effort to contact me in those many days after the purchase, to tell me it would not be sent until 4 days later, not 1 day?
