I had great shipping time with this product, packaging was as stated in the description, and the customer service was the best part of this.. I really liked the phone but couldn t use it on my service so I returned it. They refunded me my money back immediately after speaking with them. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Had my doubts as the tracking code was invalid and the initial promised delivery date was revised later once but the scope came as described and appeared new though the manufacturer’s box was damaged because the outer shipping box wasn’t very good and was smushed. Scope/2 batteries work fine and all attachments + extra international plugs and adapter included. Appreciate the product, could have better packaging/tracking
