Numerous messages, all replied in a timely manner regarding his Pilates Reformer box. The product is the same dimensions as the much higher priced original. It works the same, holds steady & is well made. The padding on top is good - firm, & the vinyl covering is well attached. The only real differences I noticed are the weight of the box (a little heavy) and handle positions (1 vs the original’s 2). Not even sure what was sent to me because it is disassembled with no instructions, wrong dimensions, wrapped in saran wrap and labeled with random letters and numbers. When I contacted seller to make it right, I received a generic reply that was clearly generated by AI. It arrives in pieces requiring assembly with no instructions provided.
