I bought some model train pieces from this seller. It came quick and very well packaged. It was advertised as new but when I opened it I found that at least part of it was not new but used and broken. The seller was told it was new and would not have been able to tell it was broke by looking at it. When I asked for a refund eBay and the seller responded extremely quick and made it right.
