Shipping is slow, but expected when international. Great packaging, easy to open. Instructions. I had trouble getting the mic to pair with anything, but wasn't the sellers fault. The headphones connected right off the bat to my pc, I tried the mic pairing method, but failed until I googled the issue, finally found the solution. You have to right click on the Icue app, and run as admin. Then it will work. Latest version 5xx. Great product, would buy again.

The wrist pad arrived damaged, and it doesn't even fit the keyboard I ordered it for, the top wrist pad is the one that came with the keyboard and the bottom one is the one I purchased, its a different fitting.
