I am really sorry you did not enjoy the Pink Gum Honey it is actually one of the milder flavoured eucalypt varieties. It's more delicate flavour makes it is highly sought after by some consumers. It sounds like you were expecting a full flavoured honey typical of most Australian honey so Thank You for the feedback I will try to make it clearer on the listing that this is a delicate but complex honey.

I pay for postage but 1 from 3 glass containers broken in insufficient postage box. Plastic containers are more suitable for handling in transit, Will not buy again. Seller returned money for one jar.

Hi, You may have missed my email explaining the refund. We did not charge extra postage for your second or third jar we paid the extra postage out of the sale of the extra items. We do not use plastic in ANY of our packaging and each jar was wrapped and completely surrounded by eco-shock absorbing packaging (A void would have been left when the jar broke). Unfortunately we have no control of how the packages are treated after they are put in post. Full refund was given for broken jar.
