I have mixed emotions about this: the seller was honest, explaining that they did not have the original product requested but could send an identical product with different packaging. That was fine but in the end, it took 8 weeks for the parcel to arrive and I had to pay £7.00 extra postage for it to be delivered. I contacted the seller about it and they did reply. It was eventually delivered but I was not expecting to have to pay additional postage. All in all, the experience was positive.
