The item has qualifity issue and we have raised concern with the seller no feedback. He pushed us to a service team and this team even came to my store tried to fix the issue which is not sucessful. According to the technician this is common problem but the seller refused to refund so it left me a faulty chair in the shop which is very bad, The seller even left negative feedback to me as - pelase go head to leave negative feedback and I am sick of your complaining which is the worse experience
