Accidentally ordered this item at first instance and seller provided prompt refund. I then thought I could use it so I purchased it again 😂 cannot thank seller enough for providing such an amazing product so promptly. I’ve just used it on palm fronds and only had 1 jam when the front I inserted was too dry at the ends, curled up and god lodged in the blade (my fault for adding stubborn frond). Otherwise, mulching was so easy and I can’t wait to make mulch for free now!
