Initial sun lounge had damaged wicker when box was opened. Seller accepted the return request without any problems and was very helpful with assisting replacing the item with another new lounge. Given 2 stars for the damaged condition of the wicker of the intial sunlounge but the replacement lounge is 5 stars. Great timely communication and quick delivery of replacement lounge. Highly recommend Seller and have no issue with buying from them again.
