packaged well, arrive safely - but when I opened the box, there was clearly a big note from a previous owner on the top of the bag of pieces that said a piece was missing. I can see the note in the seller's pictures off to the side but not in photos clearly, but seller did not disclose this and stated "I assume that all pieces are included but can give no absolute guarantee.". So yes, no guarantee, but I suspect they knew there was a missing piece and did not disclosed that.
