Die Kommunikation führte der Verkäufer mal auf Englisch, mal auf Deutsch und stellte erneut Fragen zum defekten Gerät, die längst beschrieben und beantwortet waren. Es entstand der Eindruck einer Fallverschleppung. 5. Das defekte Gerät wurde in einer beschädigten Verpackung geliefert.
