Super Deal, Excellent value, Top Quality, Strongest Available Batteries!
I'm a full time outdoor photographer, I used 4 of these at a time; in each of two speedlights(Manual,) all day, all last summer. I had the 2300mh batteries and could usually go a whole day at 1/8 power. This set has 2800mh batteries! I suspect no problems at all! These were a great deal! Batteries OK, Charger not so much
The batteries seem to do the job. Since they're 2800 mAh they take a little longer to charge. The charger doesn't work that well. I tried to charge a couple of AAA batteries and even overnight they didn't charge. I had to go back to my old Energizer brand to get success.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good Value
I bought this set to keep our Wii controllers going for the family. We have had it about a week now and have three pairs of the batteries in use so far. Battery life seems very good. I found the directions a bit unclear. At one point they seemed to suggest leaving the batteries in the charger after charging is bad for battery life, but at other points the directions seemed to say a trickle feature would keep them good if they are left in the charger. BEAST batteries!
I use them for my battery tester printers at work. My old batteries required charging every few days. I have been using these batteries for over 2 weeks and they show no sign of weakening! I don't see how some of the bigger more traditional battery companies are still in business with these on the market. Highest mah charge I've seen compared to ALL major top brands on the market!
These EBL batteries have been tested by enough technicians, engineers, home users, etc. and there are a variety of smart chargers out on the market with the SKY charger being the tops, and all of them have tested these batteries in a variety of ways. It took me a near week to test these against a bunch of other name brands to attempt to find out the facts from the fiction. Some go by certain tests, others go by their own, no one particular person is right, or has more merit than the other, just as long as these tests all come around to the near same conclusion. What I found out with these, is the least mah rating of these were in the 2745 mah range which does not make them "not as advertised" as it can take a few repeat chargings to get the right readings, I have had readings on these all the way up to 3306 mah and I never seen that yet in any top name brands, not even Eneloop, Samsung, or Panasonic did any better than these, these EBL seems to be doing as equally good as them, but my results showing me BETTER! Most of these are all well past 2800 mah and most of them are near 3000 mah, many are in the 2900 mah range, so they ARE AS ADVERTISED and quite the battery for the low price, there is no point in spending 4 times more money for the top name brands when these are as good or better, and their price can't be beat! This particular deal here with the 8 bay free charger.....it is just a basic charger that charges it to max, then goes into trickle charge mode and keeps it there ready to use, you can elect to leave it on the charger, it will not overcharge at all, nor ruin the battery if you do, it does not use much AC electric if you leave it on with batteries in it after a charge. However, I been testing these EBL batteries for nearly 2 years now and they get a wide pass every time, so no point in the top name brand Eneloops or any other ones, get the EBL batteries, the 2300 EBL types those are mostly doing 2400 up to 2500 mah, so those get a pass too, these 2800 EBL ones do win, beats out all other brands and the price is perfectly low for us consumers! Good Ni-MH batteries
Remember you are buying Ni-MH batteries, they are 1.2V instead of the new Lithium 1.5V that last 6X longer than this ones. The plastic cover some time came off very easily if you are not careful when removing for charging. The charger is very good! If you have to stay on Ni-MH they are not bad, but if you can upgrade to Lithium you will find a huge difference.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
