Due to a mishap in shipping, the item went to the wrong address. The seller put a lot of effort to keep me informed of the process of shipping the item back to me and grateful for their efforts. However, when the item showed up it is damaged, possibly due to transit but most likely due to the item being sent in a parcel packet that was too small and the seller elected to squeeze the item in despite this resulting in the damaged in transit.
