Seller does not do refunds. When item arrived could not be delivered because it was packaged wrong. Post Office wanted 5.99 or the package would return to seller.

I was never reached out to by the buyer. This is an issue where the post office is claiming a discrepancy in package weight. I package all my shirts the same and never have issues. Had the buyer reached to to me personally, I would have most certainly given a refund for the inconvenience. Instead they decided to leave me a bad review on an $8 t-shirt.
