As an active collector of Dept 56 villages, I was extremely disappointed with this purchase as its condition was most definitely not "new". Dept.56 carefully packages building accessories in plastic bags stored safely in the styrofoam box. Here the accessories were placed unprotected in the same compartment as the building bouncing around in transit. A broken piece was in the box. New D56 buildings come in plastic bags. This one was unwrapped and dusty. Seller was responsive but argumentative.

Buyer has no clue to what she is buying. She says it is missing the lamp post, it is right in there. Then says it is missing other stuff pictured on the box, I told her everything is in there and the box is set up showing a village, she thought she gets a whole village. She sends it back with a note saying she found it all. WHAT A FOOL! Shop Walmart and stay off Ebay !!!
