I didn't receive my item. I asked the seller for an update, was told to wait. I waited until the last day of my expected delivery date and called the courier who said the item has not moved so it was possibly lost. Asked the seller for a refund after telling them this, who just told me to wait. They eventually promised to refund but will tell me to wait again after agreeing to a refund. I had to ask eBay to intervene otherwise they might not have refunded it.
