I thought that the microphones would pick up sounds like scratching on clothes. This is indeed the case BUT at less than $50 I found it as good as a $400 similar hearing device which I returned for a refund. The $400 unit was another brand and a different seller. SO if you buy the Jinghao very cheap unit you will get a device that works but with external noises (from clothing being rubbed/moved) but i don't like any hearing aids anyway and this thing works and is cheap.
