Item arrived broken (it was poorly packed), started a return, seller wanted to only give 40% refund, said we didn't need to return item (we had sent a photo), then said that we did, that returning it would cost too much etc etc. Playing games and delaying tactics which we called out and threatened to take to ebay. Eventually got a full refund (but not the registered post).
