The item was a stronger option than the replacement plastic OEM part. HOWEVER, there was a considerable amount of aluminum Slag were the joints meet. Looking down the inlet revealed an almost blocked passage. I had to knock this extra metal piece out and de-burr all the inlets. I have not yet installed it. I don’t want to add to the metal parts in my engine. I will install it and write a follow up review if it performs as it should. Replacing this part for a second time and hopefully the
