Received item in terrible condition, scratched around the rim. Unpresentable as a Christmas gift. Their description was somewhat vague, saying it could be shipped in original packaging but also said they could put it in plastic bag. They put it in a plastic bag that looked like it had blood on it. They at least could have wrapped it in bubble wrap to protect item. They obviously don't care about customer service because they said item could not be returned. Caveat Emptor
