    Amazingly easy

    I purchased this book for my son. I'm a non smoker after reading it 3yrs ago, I dont understand how it works but it does. I used to smoke 25 cigarettes a day had tried to quit with no sucess until this book. Its quite amazing that you can read a book and stop smoking and have no overwhelming cravings. If you really want to quit have a read.
