I am also disappointed with the shipping time; however - as I was able to show, the item was mailed same day as purchase with the tracking number provided. I'm not sure what may have been the issue however I will say USPS has been exceptionally slow (and/or has lost) a few of my orders/packages lately for whatever reason.
