Phone was listed as pristine and well, it was! I didn't even find a finger print on the phone! Did not come in retail packaging (as listed) but honestly, I'd say it was better packaged than retail for shipping. Shipping was on point. I ordered this intending for it to be open box condition. While the phone itself has no scratches whatsoever and all functioned perfectly, my volume rocker came broken. It appeared a small piece had cracked, possibly in shipping. I contacted the seller and they were very understanding, immediately offering a full refund or replacement. Although the product was not as described, the seller took complete ownership in a quick and respectable manner. A+
